Author Guidelines

Use the American Psychological Association (APA) Publication Manual, 6th edition, 2009, for in-text citation and bibliography.  Do not include a cover page.

Need a refresher course for APA style?   Try the OWL Purdue Writing Lab’s APA Formatting and Style Guide at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/.

Use 1.5 line spacing and 1” margins.  For the font type and size, use Calibri 9 point.

The length of the paper should be 2,500 words maximum.  The editor reserves the right to edit the paper as needed to comply with the word limit.

The abstract submitted with your proposal will be used as an introduction to your paper; it may be trimmed or edited slightly for length.

Save your paper as a Microsoft Word document (2010, but previous versions are also acceptable).  If you are not sure of conversion, you can also save your paper as an RTF document.

On the first page, include:

Title of paper

For all authors - name, position/title, university, and library

Do not include special formatting such as headers/footers, page numbers, etc.
