About Research Reports

Aims and Scope

Kansas Agricultural Experiment Station Research Reports publishes preliminary results of individual research projects to allow researchers to disseminate their work rapidly to Kansas’ producers, agricultural industries, and other researchers. Expanded versions of the experiments in these reports are often completed and described in scholarly articles and submitted to peer-reviewed journals. KAESRR publishes only the initial reports, not expanded scholarly manuscripts.

The research presented on this site is conducted by Kansas State University faculty members who are supported by the Kansas Agricultural Experiment Station (KAES). These faculty are in the Colleges of Agriculture, Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Human Ecology, and Veterinary Medicine.
