Abstract
Evaluating colleagues is perhaps the most intimidating task for chair. This presentation aimsto: identify best practices for setting and meeting expectations for faculty performance; understand the importance of faculty expectations and the review process; and encourage accepting and sharing responsibility for the process. Interactive scenarios will be presented.
