About This Journal

Scope

Crossing Borders: A Multidisciplinary Journal of Undergraduate Scholarship publishes work from all scholarly disciplines. Work can be in a variety of formats including original case-studies, reports of research or creative activity, book reviews, and field notes. The first author of each work must be a current or recently graduated (within 6 months of graduation) undergraduate student who contributed substantially to the research or creative activity upon which the writing is based. Co-authors can be students or community members.Crossing Borders accepts contributions based on work conducted for course credit as well as contributions based on work performed outside of a curricular context.

Statement of Values

Crossing Borders values thoughtful reflection, incisive analysis, and clear expression of ideas. Crossing Borders values careful writing because in and of itself, writing is a form of reflection and analysis.
