As part of the Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship at Kansas State University Libraries, we provide support to members of the Kansas State University community who wish to create and maintain open access journals. Through NPP, manage any or all parts of publication, from submission to peer review, revisions, to final publication and archiving.
