This session details the process for engaging rural businesses in discussions about new and social-media strategy. We share lessons learned from successfully collecting data and working with communities for solutions that work for their businesses and communities through new and social-media technologies. We also share challenges we have encountered and how we have overcome these to expand our work with other communities both inside and outside of the State of Kansas.
