In this session, student leaders and faculty share stories of their own experience hosting campus and community dialogues (e.g., Cats for Inclusion, KSUnite). Using a "Courageous Conversations" framework, we discuss how to effectively engage, sustain, and deepen dialogues in regards to systematic issues faced in society to promote change. Participants engage in reflective discussion and leave with ideas for integrating intentional dialogue in their own contexts and communities.
