The Commercial Kitchen’s many uses include strengthening the health of our community; answering our community’s need for “fast” food – only it will be healthy; eliminate spoilage; weekend meal prep for our senior citizens; rent the kitchen out to other entrepreneurs who want to prepare food items for resale; and preparing pizza for noon and/or evening meals. Not everything has to be healthy! Certain days of the week or month will feature different prepared foods using the community kitchen.
